Why this course

The 2 a.m. mind that will not stop

The same argument with different faces. The money that never stays. The tiredness no sleep can fix. You have read the books. You have tried the affirmations. And still, something in you keeps replaying.

It is not because you are broken. It is because nobody ever showed you where the recording lives — or handed you the eraser.

A short overview of the course

Dr. Sarvajna Krishna walks you through what you will learn and how the practice unfolds.

How it works

Learn. Practice. Blossom.

A gentle arc: one week of teaching, forty-eight days of daily practice, one closing ceremony.

I
Week one

Learn

Watch Modules 0–5: the Mirror Rule, the four phrases, your five layers, frequency, the watcher, and the breath. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes a day.

II
Days 8–55

Practice

The 48-day plan begins. A 20-minute guided morning practice, a journal page per day, a daily email at dawn, and deep-dive lessons unlocking at exactly the right rounds.

III
Day 48

Blossom

Your closing ceremony, the Hawaiian way: a final release, a letter to who you were, your before-and-after five-layer scores — and a shared meal. The old story, settled.

Forty-eight days from now

By the closing ceremony, you will

  • Own a four-phrase practice that dissolves emotional storms in minutes — silently, anywhere, for life
  • Read your five layers — body, energy, mind, wisdom, bliss — and know exactly which one needs care
  • Use your breath as a remote control: calm on demand, energy on demand, clarity before every decision
  • Catch the voice in your head from the balcony — instead of drowning inside it at 2 a.m.
  • Name your ikigai — your dharma, your reason for being — and take the first hour of living it
  • Apply the cleaning where it matters most: money, relationships, health and the beliefs you never questioned
The curriculum

Nine modules. One flower.

Three ancient streams — Hawaiʻi's Hoʻoponopono, India's Koshas and Swara Yoga, Japan's quiet arts — with the essential lessons of twenty self-help classics woven through.

From the practice

The method, in real lives

Every argument with my husband happened when my right nostril was blowing strong. Seven days of watching my breath taught me more than years of talking.

Divya · Swara Yoga student

The voice started at 3 a.m. as usual. But this time I watched it from the balcony — and with nobody arguing back, it simply ran out of things to say.

Sunita · on the Watcher practice

On the nineteenth day of the phrases, my sister called — after six years of silence — 'for no particular reason.' We spoke for two hours.

Fatima · on the Four Phrases

Stories are anonymized composites from Dr. Krishna's healing and teaching practice, shared with care. Individual experiences vary; no outcome is promised.

Questions

Asked before enrolling

How much time does this take each day?

Week one: 15–25 minutes of lessons daily. From day eight: the 20-minute guided morning practice, the phrases silently through your day (zero extra time), and about 10 minutes of journaling at night. If you have 30 focused minutes a day, you have enough.

I have a religion. Will this conflict with it?

No — and this course is unusually careful here. Hoʻoponopono's modern founder was deeply devout; Dr. Krishna is of the Vedic tradition; and Module 7 includes an entire lesson on keeping your faith while cleaning only the fear around it. Students of every tradition — and of none — walk this path comfortably.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

Never. The course supports — and repeatedly insists on — qualified medical and mental-health care. The health module opens with exactly this ground rule. Please continue all treatment; this practice walks beside it.

What if I miss days? I always fall off these things.

You will miss days — the course plans for it. The rule is 'never miss twice': missing once is an accident, and the path's very ground is self-forgiveness. The people who finish are never the ones who never fall.

Do I need any equipment or prior experience?

None. A quiet corner, a pen, and — for one lovely practice — a blue glass bottle. Every technique is taught from zero, gently, with clear safety guidance.

Is there a live component?

The course is fully pre-recorded so you can begin any day and travel at your own pace. Priority email support with Dr. Krishna's team accompanies your 48 days.

Begin

The question has waited long enough.

Forty-eight days from today, you could be reading your Day-One journal entry at your own closing ceremony — meeting the person who almost didn't begin.
