Emotional strain rarely announces itself. It arrives as sleep that breaks at three, a temper that lands before the thought does, a shoulder that has been tight for two years. India counts the clinical cases. It has never counted these. Conscious Emotional Mapping takes 75 minutes and does one thing: it maps the pattern you are actually running, marks where it sits in your body, and hands you something to do about it.
of Indian adults currently live with a diagnosable mental health condition — roughly 150 million people.
NMHS 2015–16, NIMHANSnever receive care of any kind. Fewer than one in six of those affected reach treatment at all.
NMHS 2015–16, NIMHANShigher in urban India than rural — 13.5% against 6.9%. The cities are carrying most of it.
NMHS 2015–16, NIMHANSof Indian employees report burnout symptoms — the highest of any country measured, against a global average near 20%.
McKinsey Health Institute, 2023And these are only the people who got counted. The far larger group never appears in a survey: functioning, employed, present at dinner, and running on a nervous system that has not fully settled in years. That is who this session is for.
None of these are diagnoses. They are the ordinary shapes emotional strain takes in a working adult before anyone gives it a name.
Three or more familiar? That is what Conscious Emotional Mapping is built to find.
Grief presses on the chest. Dread sits under the ribs. Guilt rides on the shoulders. The same three things are always present at once — a physical sensation, the emotion behind it, and the sentence the mind keeps repeating. Choose a region to see all three.
Pressure, shallow breath, an ache behind the breastbone.
Sadness, grief, a sense of loss.
An honest note on what this map is. It is how we read the body in a session, and it is a reliable way in. It is not a claim that an emotion causes an illness — a sore knee is often a sore knee, and pain that persists belongs with a doctor first. What is well established is the other direction. When 773 adults in Finland and Taiwan were asked to shade where in the body they felt each emotion, the resulting maps were distinct for each emotion and consistent across two unrelated cultures: anger and fear in the chest, arms and head; sadness draining out of the limbs; disgust in the throat and gut. The body keeps a record of what the mind is carrying. We start by reading it, then work back to the thought.Nummenmaa, Glerean, Hari & Hietanen — “Bodily maps of emotions”, PNAS 111(2), 2014
When emotion settles, the change shows up in four places at once — and usually in this order.
Focus holds for longer stretches. The background hum of anxiety quietens, and decisions stop being re-made ten times a day.
Sleep settles. Breath lengthens on its own. The jaw, shoulders and gut let go of a grip they had been holding without being asked.
You hear people instead of reacting to them. The gap between what someone says and how you answer becomes wide enough to choose.
Choices get made from a settled place rather than from pressure. Motivation stops needing a crisis to switch itself on.
Not a personality type and not a score. A description of the particular loop you are in, precise enough that you recognise yourself in it.
Which emotion actually repeats, how quickly it arrives, and how long it stays once it does.
The region of the body carrying it — and what usually eases there first when the pattern starts to move.
What reliably sets it off, and the conditions that make it worse — sleep, hunger, time of day, particular people, particular rooms.
The sentence the reaction is protecting. It is almost always older than the thing that set it off today.
Swara observation — which side is running — alongside how your energy genuinely moves across a day rather than how you think it should.
What actually resets you, tested rather than assumed, and an honest measure of how far you have drifted from it.
Nothing here is a surprise. You will know what is happening at each stage, and why.
A structured questionnaire sent before we meet, covering sleep, energy, reactions and the thing that made you book.
Before we meetA guided inventory through the six questions, with the body scanned region by region and breath observed alongside.
25 minutesWe lay the loop out together, out loud. Most people find the place it starts is not the place they assumed.
25 minutesYour Bach flower blend is selected in front of you with the reasoning stated, and one breath practice is set for the next 21 days.
25 minutesThis is a wellness reading, not a medical or psychiatric diagnosis. It does not treat illness of any kind and does not replace care you are already receiving. Persistent physical pain should be seen by a doctor first. If what surfaces needs clinical attention, we will say so plainly and point you toward it. If you are in distress right now, Tele-MANAS is free and open 24/7 on 14416.

No. Physical pain deserves a physical examination first, and we will always say so. What we work with is the pattern that often sits alongside it — the tightness that returns every time a particular situation does, the ache that eases on holiday and comes back on Monday. Body and emotion travel together; that is not the same as one causing the other.
Yes, and that is most of who comes. The session is built for the far larger group who are managing — holding a job, showing up for people — while carrying more strain than they would admit to. You do not need a diagnosis to want to understand your own pattern.
No. It is a structured reading of an emotional pattern, with a remedy and a practice attached. It sits alongside therapy comfortably and is not a substitute for it. If you already see a therapist, bring your map to them.
A set of 38 preparations developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930s, each associated with a particular emotional state. Your blend is chosen from them based on what the reading shows. They are taken as drops and are gentle enough to sit alongside other things you may be taking.
The reading works either way. In person, the flower blend is mixed and handed to you in the session. Online, it is couriered within two working days, and everything else runs identically over video.
