Why this program

Every child already has a steady place inside

Children carry curiosity, creativity and a quiet intelligence of their own. What they are rarely taught is how to reach it on a noisy day — before a test, after an argument, when a screen has left them restless.

Young Intuition gives them one simple, repeatable way back: their own breath. Over twenty-one days it becomes a habit they own, not a rule they are given.

The shape of it

Twenty-one days, in two gentle phases

Days 1–10 · live, 1.5 hrs dailyDays 11–21 · short guided practice at home
Phase one

Learning the practice

  • Breathing taught step by step, at a child's pace
  • Mindfulness and body awareness games
  • Guided relaxation to release the day
  • Short sittings that grow a little each day
Phase two

Making it their own

  • A five-minute morning routine they run themselves
  • Practices for exams, nerves and big feelings
  • Visualisation and kind self-talk
  • Check-ins so nothing quietly falls away
What they learn

Nine practices, taught in plain language

Short sittings

Age-appropriate stillness that grows with their attention span.

Using imagination on purpose — for calm, rehearsal and confidence.

Kind self-talk

The words a child says to themselves, chosen with care.

Settling restlessness

Simple ways to come back to steadiness after a hard moment.

Zen, in his own practice

Zen is one of our young students. This is what it looks like once a child makes the practice their own — steady breath, quiet attention, no prompting needed.

Neelu leads Young Intuition through Inner Compass, teaching children the practices of breath, stillness and attention in a form they can carry into a classroom, a friendship, or a hard afternoon. Her sessions are warm, unhurried and built entirely around how children actually learn.

“A child does not need to be told to concentrate. They need to be shown how their breath already does it.”

Parent questions

Before you enrol

Does my child need any experience?

None at all. Everything starts from the very first breath, explained in words an 8-year-old understands.

How much time does it take each day?

Days 1–10 are 1.5 hours live each day. Days 11–21 are short guided practices your child can do at home in a few minutes.

Is it religious?

No. The practices are drawn from classical breathing and attention traditions, taught in a secular, practical way.

Do parents need to attend?

You are welcome to sit in for the first session. After that, most children prefer their own space — and we share a short parent note each week.
